If for some reason we haven’t answered or replied to your call within 1 hour or you need urgent assistance, please call your Doctor or the after-hours clinic on 365 7777
We offer self management advice over the phone for most cases this will help alleviate symptoms of acute pain but if you do need to be seen outside of the normal operating hours there may be a surcharge - please ask the on call physiotherapist when you call.
If you need to change an appointment and you call outside of normal operating hours please call 3326 487 and leave a message.
