Before your appointment

5 things you need to know prior to your first appointment at PHYSIOSOUTH



1.    Bring along any referral letters, scans, reports that you may have from your GP or consultant.

2.   Please try to arrive on time or notify us if you expect to be late. You will be charged a non attendance fee for your appointment if you do not arrive or do not cancel without notice. 

3.   Payment for the treatment is required at the end of each session.

4.   You will need to give consent for treatment by signing our Consent form. To save time you can download one here and bring with you on the day.

5.   You are welcome to bring a support person to your appointment.
