Julia completed her bachelor’s degree at the esteemed UniSA School of Health Sciences in 2004. She has since gained 14 years of experience working as a physiotherapist in Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand. Special interests include back pain, shoulder injuries, knee injuries, hydrotherapy, child health and vocational rehabilitation. She completed a post-graduate certificate at Otago University in 2013, and has undergone further training in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of back and neck pain, clinical pilates, and chronic pain. She is a caring, motivating and holistic therapist. In her spare time Julia can be found spending time with her young family, at the beach or long walks through the Port Hills, or enjoying a glass of wine and board games with friends.
