You will be asked to pay for your appointment in full at the time of your consultation. If you have qualified for partial or full payment from an ACC claim, you will be informed by your physio or the reception admin team.
Should the need arise to cancel or change the time of your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the time. You will still be charged the cost of your appointment should you fail to attend or provide notice less than 24 hours before your appointment.
We can file your ACC claim for you when you visit us. Depending on the nature and circumstances of your injury, a portion or all of your treatment may be covered by ACC. Should your ACC claim be declined, you will be billed for the consultation. Please refer to our physio prices and speak to reception should you have any questions or concerns.
