Jack graduated from the Otago University in 2023 and found his love for physiotherapy working in various clinics and with the Tasman Mako NPC rugby team. Jack enjoys the strength and conditioning side of physiotherapy and working with people who have longer term injuries and pain. Jack's favourite part of physiotherapy is building a good relationship with someone throughout their rehabilitation journey, whilst working towards extending their previous boundaries. He has completed a number of courses, with the most recent on the long-term management of ACL injuries and return to high level sports by the highly acclaimed Australian physiotherapist and lecturer, Tim McGrath. Over the last two years, he has provided sports physiotherapy across a wide range of sporting events including club rugby, Mainland basketball, NZ cricket, ultimate frisbee and downhill mountain biking. He is the current physiotherapist for Nelson College's First XV rugby team. Jack's passion for exercise and the love of a good yarn helps him best understand what exactly you want to get out of physiotherapy, and the most effective way of getting you there.
