Jack graduated from Otago University in 2023 after completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. As someone who has always been passionate about sport and exercise, he has found physiotherapy to be a great opportunity to help people of all activity levels to get back to the hobbies, sports or work they enjoy. During his studies, he realised the importance of taking a global approach to rehab and utilising a combination of exercise prescription, manual therapy and education to guide people in achieving their goals. Jack enjoys running, playing rugby and tramping in his spare time.

Nobody comes to Physiosouth to learn mindfulness. Patients come because of a physical injury, e.g. a back problem, a knee problem etc. Our belief systems tell most of us that a physical injury of a certain degree or size causes a related amount of pain. Like injury X = X amount of pain, and injury Y = Y amount of pain. This is incorrect.
