Stuart has a strong background in sports physiotherapy. He has provided pitch-side and clinic-based rehab for club and county-level rugby in the UK and has since extended that expertise to work with the University of Canterbury Premier Rugby team. Stuart has also supported New Zealand Cricket, contributing to the injury prevention and rehabilitation of athletes in a high-performance environment.

With a personal interest in rugby, CrossFit, martial arts Stuart brings genuine enthusiasm and insight into sports-specific rehabilitation. Whether working with competitive athletes or helping everyday clients return to doing what they love, Stuart is passionate about guiding people through their rehab journey—from injury to full recovery and beyond.

Stuart graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Nottingham in 2020, and discovered a clear passion for musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy. This led Stuart to begin his career in outpatient MSK within the NHS in the UK for 3 years, where he gained experience managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Stuart has regularly attended professional development courses taught by world-renowned clinicians, deepening his clinical knowledge and hands-on skills.
