Ginny is a physiotherapist who supports people with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, helping them move better, recover well and stay active long term. She works with clients of all ages and activity levels, from those recovering from injury to others wanting to maximise their performance.
Ginny takes a patient-centred, collaborative approach, combining hands-on treatment with tailored exercise prescription. Her focus is on understanding what matters most to each person and creating practical rehab plans that fit into busy lives. She aims to reduce pain, restore function and build resilience so clients can return to what they love and prevent reinjury.
Outside the clinic, Ginny enjoys triathlon sports, hiking and kayaking. With a background as a lifeguard and competitive swimmer, she loves the pool environment and also works as a rugby medic.
