Kate is a physiotherapist who supports people to move confidently and get back to the activities they care about.

She works with adults, adolescents, athletes and pregnant or postpartum women, treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries, running-related pain and pelvic health concerns. Kate combines education, exercise-based rehabilitation, hands-on therapy and dry needling to create practical, goal-focused plans. Whether someone is returning to sport, work or everyday life, she focuses on restoring strength, improving movement and building confidence. She’s passionate about helping people feel empowered and capable in their bodies.

Outside the clinic, Kate is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, trail running, climbing and skiing.
